Helpline and support
The Skill Development Programme of Harvest Skill Foundation focuses on helping young people and community members learn practical skills that can support education, personal growth and future livelihood opportunities. We believe that access to useful skills can help individuals become more confident, capable and prepared for the changing demands of everyday life and work.
Through practical learning, guided activities and skill-oriented training, we encourage participants to discover their abilities and develop knowledge that can be applied beyond the classroom. Our approach focuses on learning by doing, regular practice and building confidence step by step.
The mission of our Skill Development Programme is to create accessible learning opportunities for children, youth and other community members who want to develop useful skills. We aim to encourage continuous learning and help participants understand how practical knowledge can contribute to their personal and professional development.
HSF seeks to support learners with relevant training, guidance and encouragement while promoting discipline, responsibility, creativity and a willingness to learn. Depending on the programme and available resources, training may include computer education, vocational skills and other practical activities.

Education provides knowledge, while practical skills help people apply that knowledge in real situations. Many young people need opportunities to explore their interests, practise useful skills and understand how those skills may contribute to future opportunities.
Harvest Skill Foundation works to create learning environments where participants can ask questions, practise new abilities and learn from experience. We encourage participants to develop a positive attitude towards learning and to understand that skill development is a continuous process.
Our training approach is based on practical learning, participation and regular practice. Programmes are designed according to the needs of participants and available resources, with an emphasis on skills that can be useful in education, daily life and future work environments.
