Helping Children Learn, Grow and Stay Connected to Education

The After School Support Programme (ASSP) is an initiative of Harvest Skill Foundation designed to provide additional educational support to children who may need extra help with their studies. The programme creates a safe, supportive and encouraging environment where children can complete their homework, strengthen basic concepts and develop better learning habits.

Through regular educational activities, mentoring and individual attention, we encourage children to improve their confidence and take a positive interest in learning. Our aim is not only to help children with their schoolwork, but also to encourage discipline, curiosity, good values and a positive attitude towards education.

Programme Mission

The mission of the After School Support Programme is to help children receive the educational guidance and encouragement they need beyond regular school hours. Many children benefit from additional academic support, especially when they do not have access to private tuition or adequate learning resources at home.

HSF works to bridge this gap by providing learning assistance, mentoring and educational resources in a friendly community environment. We encourage every child to participate, ask questions, practise regularly and develop confidence in their own abilities.

  • Encouragement for Continued Education

Education can open doors to opportunities, but children often need more than a classroom lesson to stay motivated and confident. The After School Support Programme provides children with additional time, guidance and encouragement to understand their studies and complete their school-related work.

Our sessions may include homework assistance, reading practice, writing activities, basic mathematics, English learning, revision, educational exercises and mentoring. We also encourage children to develop habits such as regular study, punctuality, participation, cooperation and respect for others.

What Children Receive

The programme focuses on practical educational support according to the needs of participating children. Along with academic assistance, we aim to create an environment where children feel comfortable learning, communicating and asking questions.
